Starsailor / October 2015 UK Tour

Following the hiatus of lead vocalist James Walsh, whose debut solo album ‘Turning Point’ was released last year, Manchester four-piece Starsailor have reunited and announced a 13-date headline tour of the UK for this October.  Starsailor’s most recent LP release was 2009’s ‘All The Plans’; their debut album ‘Love Is Here’ went platinum in the UK in 2001.  Below the tour date listing, you can view the official video for a track from that album titled ‘Alcoholic’.

Ahead of their October live dates, Starsailor are currently touring North America with Yorkshire alt-rockers Embrace.  Tickets for the following shows go on sale tomorrow, Friday, the 12th of June, at 9 AM.

Slaves / November 2015 UK Tour

Just ahead of their highly-anticipated debut album release, boisterous punk rock duo Slaves have announced a new set of headline tour dates for this November.  The pair are currently wrapping up their spring headline tour, which included two sold-out nights at the London Scala.  Slaves’ new LP ‘Are You Satisfied?’ is due for release on the 1st of June, along with new single ‘Cheer Up London’.

Courtney Barnett / November and December 2015 UK Tour

Australian rocker Courtney Barnett has announced a list of headline dates in the UK for the end of 2015, following the release of her debut LP ‘Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit’.  Ahead of the November and December tour dates, Barnett is also scheduled to appear at Glastonbury in June.

The Vaccines / November 2015 UK Tour

The Vaccines have announced a November tour of the UK to follow their scheduled festival dates this summer. Fresh from their appearance at SXSW 2015 in Austin, Texas, the band will headline Liverpool Sound City in May, as well as appear at T in the Park, Latitude and Kendal Calling in July. The November tour will begin in Blackpool on the 10th of November and finish with two dates at London Brixton Academy on the 22nd and 23rd of Novemer.

The Vaccines will release their third album ‘English Graffiti’ on the 25th of May. Our previous coverage of The Vaccines, including their featured single ‘Dream Lover’, is here. Tickets for the following shows go on sale Friday the 24th of April.

Radio-friendly rockers Young Guns have just revealed a massive spring tour of the UK in support of their upcoming third album ‘Ones and Zeros’, which will be the band’s first release on their new record label, Virgin EMI. Editor Mary featured the LP’s first single ‘I Want Out’ as a Video of the Moment back in August.

Manic Street Preachers / May and June 2015 UK Tour

In response to their already sold out December tour dates, Manic Street Preachers have announced four new UK dates for next spring. The shows are a 20th anniversary celebration of the band’s acclaimed third album ‘The Holy Bible’, which they will play in full for the first time on this tour. T

heir new deluxe box set of the album, released earlier this week, includes BBC recordings of Manic Street Preachers‘ December 1994 Astoria shows, the last dates played with guitarist Richey Edwards. Manic Street Preachers have released two new albums in the past 2 years, ‘Rewind the Film’ in September 2013 and ‘Futurology’ in July 2014. Tickets for the following shows will be available this Friday, the 12th of December, at 9 AM.
