KT Tunstall / May 2017 UK Tour

Scottish singer/songwriter and now L.A. transplant KT Tunstall has announced a new UK tour for next spring. Tunstall just released her fifth studio album ‘KIN’ in September, out now on Virgin EMI. (Read Rebecca’s review of the artist’s LP through here.) She finished a tour of most larger markets of the UK 2 weeks ago. Admirably, Tunstall has announced another UK tour for next May, this time for different, mostly smaller towns in between her bigger stops the last time around. Lucy Rose / October and November 2015 UK/Irish Tour

Warwickshire singer/songwriter Lucy Rose has just announced a lengthy tour of the UK and Ireland for October and November in support of her upcoming second album ‘Work It Out’.  The album is due for release on the 6th of July via Columbia Records and is being billed as a move away from Rose’s familiar folk sound, “creating a bold new context” for her singing voice and acoustic guitar.  You can stream the audio for Rose’s latest single ‘Like An Arrow’ just below the tour date listing.

After her full summer schedule of festival appearances, which is set to include Bushstock, T in the Park, and Reading and Leeds, Rose will embark on the following list of headline dates, which go on sale tomorrow, Friday the 29th of May, at 10 AM.  Our extensive previous coverage of Lucy Rose can be found right back here.

Darlia / April and May 2015 UK Tour

Blackpool rock band Darlia will headline eight live shows in the UK this spring, following on the release of their mini-album ‘Petals’ last week and their recent February tour. Below the tour date listing, watch the video for the band’s latest single ‘I’ve Never Been to Ohio’.

Ahead of their own headline shows, Darlia will support The Wombats on their April tour of the UK. Tickets for the following shows will be available today, the 4th of March, at 9 AM.

Dry the River / February and March 2015 English Tour

Dry the River have announced a run of English tour dates leading into the release of their new single ‘Rollerskate’, which is due out on the 9th of March via Transgressive. The single comes from their recent second album ‘Alarms In The Heart’, and the new live dates follow successful runs in both the UK and North America last autumn. The Unthanks / February and March 2015 UK/Irish Tour

Tyneside folk duo The Unthanks will set off on a lengthy tour of the UK and Ireland next month in support of their forthcoming album ‘Mount the Air’. The self-released album was recorded over 2 years’ time in Northumberland and is the first new recorded material from The Unthanks in 4 years. Sisters Rachel and Becky Unthank will scaffold their formidable vocal talents on this tour with a full 10-piece instrumental ensemble. Tickets for the following shows are available now.
