Bryan Ferry / April 2016 UK Tour

Roxy Music frontman and brilliant solo artist in his own right Bryan Ferry has announced a handful of live dates for next April. He will be performing two shows in Scotland (Perth and Stirling) and two shows at London Palladium in support of a new ‘Avonmore Special Edition’ deluxe set of his latest album that was released in November 2014. The new release will include the original album ‘Avonmore’ on both heavyweight white vinyl and CD, four exclusive ‘Avonmore’ remixes on a second white heavyweight 12″ vinyl, two extra CDs of album track remixes including unreleased cuts from Leo Zero, Idjut Boys and Synapson, and a DVD with official videos for singles ‘Loop De Li’, ‘Johnny & Mary’ and ‘Driving Me Wild’.

This new deluxe set release this Friday, the 4th of December, will be limited to only 1,500 copies, with 100 copies being personally signed by Bryan Ferry himself for fans pre-ordering now from his official Web site. Scottish duo Honeyblood have announced a list of UK tour dates to accompany the release of their self-titled debut album, out now on FatCat Records. The pair bring their special brand of sugar-coated garage pop back to this side of the pond in September, between summer tour dates in America and European dates in October.

Northern Ireland Music Prize winner Foy Vance has just completed a string of shows in America and is set to embark on a full tour of the UK and Ireland. ‘Sick’, the band’s first single from their forthcoming 2012 album, will be released on the 14th of November. ‘Sick’ will be backed by the song ‘Untitled #67’. One of my favourite live bands, We Were Promised Jetpacks, will be touring the UK in October. They also have a one-off gig in Dundee in early September. Tickets are available now.
