The Sherlocks / February and March 2017 UK/Irish Tour

Sheffield rock band The Sherlocks have announced a new UK and Irish tour for the new year, their biggest one yet. And it’s pretty massive, seeing the group performing nearly every single night in February and the first half of March. Tickets are on sale this Friday, the 18th of November, at 10 AM. We Are Scientists / October and November 2016 UK/Irish Tour

Perennial American jokesters – and awesome music duo to boot – We Are Scientists have announced details of a massive UK and Irish tour for this autumn. They’ll be touring in support of their sixth album ‘Helter Seltzer’, which was released back in the spring. You can read Steven’s review of the long player through this link. KT Tunstall / October and November 2016 UK/Irish Tour

Scottish songstress KT Tunstall has announced a list of autumn tour dates in the UK and Ireland to accompany the release of her new EP ‘Golden State’. Tunstall signed to the newly relaunched Caroline Records back in February and is expected to release a full album later this year. Her current ‘Golden State’ EP is digital-only, except for a physical CD release exclusive to Barnes & Noble stores in the United States. Catfish and the Bottlemen / April 2016 UK Tour

Indie rock phenoms Catfish and the Bottlemen have announced a run of tour dates in April, following the release of their new single ‘Soundcheck’ (streaming just below the tour date listing).  The Brit Awards 2016 have nominated Van McCann and his bandmates for British Breakthrough Act this year, and the band have already announced upcoming festival appearances at Sheffield’s Tramlines and Lollapolooza Berlin.

James / May 2016 UK Tour

Veteran Manchester rock band James will launch the UK leg of their ‘Girl at the End of the World’ Tour this May, following the 18th March release of their album by the same name. The band will also play two shows ahead of the release, one on the 17th of February at the Manchester Academy (which is already sold out) and one the 18th of February at the Scala in London.

Cast / October and November 2015 UK/Irish Tour

Veteran Britpop band Cast have announced a brand new album via PledgeMusic, along with a lengthy run of live shows in the UK and Ireland for later this autumn.  The band released the first track from the new album, titled ‘Baby Blue Eyes’, earlier this year.  You can listen to that track, which is also being offered as a free download, just below the tour date listing.

Following their October and November live dates, Cast will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their classic album ‘All Change’ with a show at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, featuring the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, on Saturday the 5th of December.  Tickets for the following shows are available now; please note that several dates have already sold out.
