But Manchester’s hometown heroes are indeed now down to four in number, and they have announced a full arena tour for the beginning of next year, their first without the services of recently departed drummer Richard Jupp. The massive tour announcement comes in support of Elbow’s forthcoming seventh studio album, whose title is yet to be announced, but which is due for release via Polydor on the 3rd of February next year.

North East DIY group and firm TGTF favourites Little Comets have announced their fourth album ‘WORHEAD’ will be released at the beginning of February 2017 on their own Smallest Label. The next thing you know, Kaiser Chiefs will be releasing their newest album. ‘Stay Together’, their sixth, will be released on the 7th of October on Fiction Records / Caroline International. Following the album’s unveiling to the public, they will also be touring. They’ve just announced a new UK arena tour for February and March 2017. They previously released LP single ‘Parachute’, which garnered mixed response from fans who were surprised – or energised – by their new, shinier pop direction. They’ve now revealed another single, ‘Hole in My Soul’, which you can listen to below the tour dates. For all of TGTF’s coverage on the Kaiser Chiefs, follow this link.
