Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls / November and December 2016 UK/Irish Tour

Fresh from their opening slot on the main stage at Reading and Leeds 2016, indefatigable folk-punk troubadour Frank Turner and his band The Sleeping Souls have announced a massive list of tour dates for the UK and Ireland at the end of this year. Dubbed the ‘Get Better Tour 2016’, the new slate of live dates begins in Dublin on the 16th of November and wraps up in Portsmouth on the 14th of December.

The Courteneers / November 2016 UK Tour

Liam Fray and the Courteneers like to do things big. The Manchester band favourites’ latest tour announcement proves this extends to their travel plans around the UK, which includes 12 stops. (Oddly, Manchester has been omitted from the tour. Christmas hometown show, perhaps?) They’ll be supporting upcoming fifth album ‘Mapping the Rendezvous’, which is slated for release on the 21st of October on PIAS. Tickets are on sale now for all the dates below. Lucy Rose / October and November 2015 UK/Irish Tour

Warwickshire singer/songwriter Lucy Rose has just announced a lengthy tour of the UK and Ireland for October and November in support of her upcoming second album ‘Work It Out’.  The album is due for release on the 6th of July via Columbia Records and is being billed as a move away from Rose’s familiar folk sound, “creating a bold new context” for her singing voice and acoustic guitar.  You can stream the audio for Rose’s latest single ‘Like An Arrow’ just below the tour date listing.

Radio-friendly rockers Young Guns have just revealed a massive spring tour of the UK in support of their upcoming third album ‘Ones and Zeros’, which will be the band’s first release on their new record label, Virgin EMI. Editor Mary featured the LP’s first single ‘I Want Out’ as a Video of the Moment back in August.

Dance-rap-rock star Example is set to bring his multi-faceted live show on a lengthy 26-stop tour of the UK this autumn, following the release of his upcoming single ’10 Million People’, due out on the 5th of October. The new track is taken from Example’s recent Top Ten album ‘Live Life Living’, which was reviewed here by our David back in July.

Rap crossover artist Professor Green has announced plans for a winter tour to follow the release of his third studio album ‘Growing Up in Public’ on the 22nd of September. The first single from that album will be ‘Lullaby’, featuring vocals from American singer/songwriter Tori Kelly.
