Elbow / February and March 2017 UK/Irish Tour

It feels weird to see a photo of Elbow as a quartet, doesn’t it? But Manchester’s hometown heroes are indeed now down to four in number, and they have announced a full arena tour for the beginning of next year, their first without the services of recently departed drummer Richard Jupp. The massive tour announcement comes in support of Elbow’s forthcoming seventh studio album, whose title is yet to be announced, but which is due for release via Polydor on the 3rd of February next year.

The 1975 / November 2015 UK Tour

After scaring to death their fans by suggesting they might be breaking up (what a coup of a publicity stunt, eh?) Manchester’s all too beloved The 1975 have revealed that instead, they have been working on evolving for their second full-length album release. With that, they’ve announced a massive November 2015 UK tour that will see them in much smaller venues than they can fill at this point in their career. A presale for these dates starts at 9 AM today here on their Facebook page, with the general sale taking place tomorrow at 9 AM.

The Vaccines / November 2015 UK Tour

The Vaccines have announced a November tour of the UK to follow their scheduled festival dates this summer. Fresh from their appearance at SXSW 2015 in Austin, Texas, the band will headline Liverpool Sound City in May, as well as appear at T in the Park, Latitude and Kendal Calling in July. The November tour will begin in Blackpool on the 10th of November and finish with two dates at London Brixton Academy on the 22nd and 23rd of Novemer.

The Vaccines will release their third album ‘English Graffiti’ on the 25th of May. Our previous coverage of The Vaccines, including their featured single ‘Dream Lover’, is here. Tickets for the following shows go on sale Friday the 24th of April.

Brighton rock duo Royal Blood have just announced that they will follow their sold out autumn tour of the UK and Ireland with another round of live dates scheduled for early next year. The new string of shows is part of a massive European tour, which will include the band’s largest ever headline appearance at the Brixton Academy in London. Former Roxy Music frontman Bryan Ferry has just announced a month-long tour of the UK for next spring. This massive list of dates promises to feature classic Roxy Music hits alongside Ferry’s solo efforts, including his new album ‘Avonmore’, which is due for release on the 17th of November.
