(SXSW 2012 flavoured!) Live Gig Video: 3/5ths of Dutch Uncles play an acoustic version of ‘Cadenza’

Like xylophones? Then you’re going to love this film of Dutch Uncles‘ Duncan Wallis, Sped and Robin Richards performing an acoustic version of the title track of their album released last year, ‘Cadenza’. Duncan also lays down some cool dance moves on the Dutch company Harry Brandt‘s video. And Robin’s even reading the Guardian. Watch it below.

If you’re heading for South by Southwest next month, don’t miss the Marple five-piece tear it up at Huw Stephens’ showcase at Latitude 30 on Saturday, the 17th of March at 8 PM (this being the most high profile of all their appearances).

There Goes The Fear is where we tell you about the latest music, gigs, and tours we love and think you should too.

We love music that has its heart on its sleeve, tells a story, swims around our head all day or makes us dance like no-one's watching.

TGTF is edited by Mary Chang, who is based in Washington, DC. She is joined by writers in England, America and Ireland. It began as a UK music blog by Phil Singer in 2005.

All MP3s are posted with the permission of the artists or their representatives and are for sampling only. Like the music? Buy it.
