Blood Red ShoesBlood Red Shoes have announced a three date tour for a few weeks time.

Taking the three shows as a chance to road test some new music, Steve Ansell commented: “We’ve taken a few months off from playing live to concentrate on material for the 2nd album. We’re getting itchy feet to play the songs and get a feel for how they work live. You never really know if a song stands up or not until you play it with all the adrenaline of a live show so we’ve booked a few smaller shows to try stuff out, we’ll be playing mostly all new stuff, to get it in shape before we head into the studio to record it all”.

Tickets are on sale now, priced at £8.50 each.

Tuesday 10th March 2009 – Southend Chinnerys
Wednesday 11th March 2009 – Northampton Roadmender
Thursday 12th March 2009 – Gloucester Guildhall
