Will Stratton is a stunning singer-songwriter in the same vein as Nick Drake and Sufjan Stevens.
His debut, What the Night Said, was written when he was just 19 (Sufjan Stevens makes an appearance on it). Now he’s finally completed his followup, No Wonder, recorded between his classes at Bennington College. Dedication! Will’s music has been called “disarmingly proficient” by NPR, “stirring and hyper-personal yet universally beautiful,” by All Music and “pretty damn close to a straight-up masterpiece” by PopMatters.
