Kings of Leon have announced a string of massive UK shows for December following on from their massively successful Glastonbury headlining shows a couple of weeks back.

Tickets go on sale on Friday (18th July) at 9am, priced at £25 a pop.

Thursday 4th December – Newcastle, Metro Arena
Friday 5th December – Sheffield, Arena
Sunday 7th December – Glasgow, SECC
Monday 8th December – Liverpool, Echo Arena
Wednesday 10th December – Birmingham, NIA
Thursday 11th December – London, O2 Arena
Sunday 14th December – Bournemouth, BIC
Tuesday 16th December – Manchester, Evening News Arena
Wednesday 17th December – Cardiff, International Arena

For those in need of another singer-songwriter fix, then LA heartthrob Joshua Radin has announced a one off show at Kings College in London on Monday 8th October following a successful two night stint at Water Rats last month.

He said on his myspace bulletin:

“those two shows at monto water rats were the most fun i’ve had playing live in a while. you guys were so incredibly supportive. hearing the whole room sing every word to “winter” was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. i hope we can capture that type of vibe for this coming show. the tickets are now on sale but it’s the same amount of available tickets as the two shows at water rats (which both sold out a month before the shows) – so i’m letting my myspace friends know about it before it’s advertised in the newspapers over”

Scouting For Girls have announced a one off London date at Kings College.

They’ll play there of Friday 14th September, and tickets are now on presale if you have a livenation account. Else I assume they go on sale properly on Friday 3rd August (this Friday) at 9am.

Tickets are £9.50 each.
