East London’s False Heads will be unveiling a new EP next month. The ‘Gutter Press’ EP will see the light of day on the 10th of March on Libertines’ Gary Powell’s own record label 25 Hour Convenience Store. To preview next month’s release, they unleashed a new track on the unsuspecting public, and it’s already received support from Iggy Pop and Steve Lamacq on BBC Radio 6 and Radio X. The song now has its own video, and following on from their past promos for ‘Steal and Cheat’ and ‘Thick Skin’, this new video for ‘Twenty Nothing’ shows off the same searing intensity of their live shows. Watch it below. To catch up on TGTF’s past coverage on False Heads, including Rebecca’s introduction to them as a Bands to Watch in December 2015, head here.

About Us

There Goes The Fear is where we tell you about the latest music, gigs, and tours we love and think you should too.

We love music that has its heart on its sleeve, tells a story, swims around our head all day or makes us dance like no-one's watching.

TGTF is edited by Mary Chang, who is based in Washington, DC. She is joined by writers in England, America and Ireland. It began as a UK music blog by Phil Singer in 2005.

All MP3s are posted with the permission of the artists or their representatives and are for sampling only. Like the music? Buy it. If you want a track removed, email us and we'll sort it ASAP.
