Brooklyn band Bear in Heaven released their second album ‘Time is Over One Day Old’ today on Dead Oceans, and here’s the promo video for track 2 from the LP. In the city that never sleeps, a lot can happen in that ‘Time Between’ night to day, and Jon Philpot’s ethereal vocals add an almost heavenly quality to the not-quite-dance rhythm that chugs along in this tune.
