(Valentine’s Day!) MP3 of the Day #296: Cowboy Junkies

Legendary Canadian alt-rock country and folk band Cowboy Junkies released a new album of covers, ‘Demons’, last month in America. It’s a tribute to the band’s late, dear friend Vic Chesnutt, who tragically ended his life on Christmas Day 2009. But out of tragedy comes some of the most beautiful music. The Cowboy Junkies are offering up their version of ‘Flirted With You All My Life’, a song about love and regret. We all make choices in this life. Maybe today you’ll be making an important one or two in your own?
