Casper Bangs (aka Rob Pierangeli) is a local D.C. musician – he was the first of two openers for the Horrors when they played the Black Cat here in September. He plays enjoyable rock ‘n’ roll: his sound is rather refreshing on my playlists full of electronic music. Check out his single ‘Queen of Hearts’, one of two songs on a 7″ available now from Washington’s own Dischord Records.
