MP3 of the Day: #100: Keegan DeWitt
Keegan DeWitt does it all – he sings, writes songs, scores films and television programmes, and acts. But let’s just focus on his singing/songwriting for the moment, shall we? With the strings and piano-heavy instrumentation behind his folksy voice, I’d venture to say that the Noah and the Whale fanbase would appreciate DeWitt’s musical stylings. ‘Telephone’, a tender song from his forthcoming album ‘Islands’ (to be released next week in the States), is a treasure.
DeWitt recently duetted with fellow Nashvillian Madi Diaz on a Lake Fever Sessions cover of Stevie Nicks‘s ‘Wild Heart’. (Did I mention he’s pretty cute too?) Check it out.
