Anyway, hopefully back to somewhere near normal today / tomorrow. The Cure have announced a one off London gig at Wembley Arena. The show will be the band’s only show before they embark on an American tour next year.

They play the Carneverous cave on Thursday March 20th next year. Tickets go on sale Friday morning at 9am.

Going for the title of one of this year’s hardest workers, Glaswegians Sons and Daughters have announced a mammoth 29 date UK tour. Tickets are on sale now around the £8.50 mark.

Keane are set to host a mammoth night at Brixton Academy in November in aid of the War Child Charity. The band, who have supported the charity for a couple of years now are releasing the War Child single “The Night Sky” on October 29th.

The night will also see performances from The Magic Numbers, Guillemots and the Pet Shop Boys

The Sex Pistols. Who would have thought it? Who next? The Smiths? Well, we can dream.

They’ve decided to play a one off show at Brixton Academy on November 8th, presumably in support of a new Greatest hits that Virgin are releasing to celebrate the 30th anniversary edition of the classic The Sex Pistols debut album Never Mind The Bollocks… Here’s The Sex Pistols. The album will be re-issued on October 29 on heavy weight vinyl with a 7″ insert of “Submission” and a poster.

Tickets for the show will go on sale on Friday (21st September) at 9am.

The Charlatans have released details of two shows in November to showcase some new material. They have a new single, ‘You Cross My Path’ which will probably be on the shelves in October.
